What shall I say when (if) the psych rings?

If you have seen my other threads you will know she doesn't ring when she says she will.

Tell her that you are feeling very bad and what happened last week. Tell her about the bouts of anxiety you have had since then.

Say "I really feel this is urgent and that I need to be taken seriously. I am worried about what I might do. I need to start counselling as soon as possible and have my medication reviewed."

She rang. I told her exactly what I thought of the sservice I have had so far and how I feel. Not like me at all.

She apologised.

I am still waiting as she is waiting for someone to get back to her. She can't help it if people don't get back to her.

And she did give me a number if I felt like doing something stupid.

Doesn't the silly bint realise that it comes out of the blue and if I get myself to a phone the opportunity has passed.

Might just give up to be honest.
