Hi all,

After reading the threads in this forum I thought I would post a message with regard to a study we are running that some here might find useful.

I am from the University of Plymouth, and I am currently running a study looking for volunteers who would like to reduce the amount they worry.

If you would like to take part you will be asked to try psychological self-help techniques, and let us know how you found them.

All the info is over on the Media / non-member requests forum under a thread entitled "Reducing Worry"

The self-help approaches are aimed at mild to moderate worry. But anyone who is interested is welcome to give them a try.

Thought it would be useful to have that on this board too.

Any questions please do ask,

Thanks,

Adam
