Pre programmed mobiles for dementia?

Anyone know where you can get a pre programmed mobile phone for people with dementia? One they can have out with them and it will basically just ring one or two numbers.
It's for my grandad, he spent 5 hours lost in the cold last night

That site looks good thanks. We think he probably would able to use it ok at the moment if we get it into a routine - he went somewhere new yesterday and got disorientated but luckily ended up at my mums after his marathon walk.

My mum says he's not keen on a panic button- he is fiercely independent...
