Online Counselling?

Has anyone tried it? Can anyone recommend someone?

I'm okayish, but generally feel like I have a lot of issues that are holding me back and that I'm not as happy or fulfilled in life as I could be.

Just wondered if counselling by email would help. What do you think? I like the idea that I could talk about my problems at a time convenient to me, fit it around children etc. I think if I had an appointment with a counsellor, and I wasn't in the right frame of mind at that particular time, it might be a waste of time.

Hi, have you seen the Living Life to the Full website? It's not an online counselling service as such but is a CBT course. It's funded by the NHS and is free. Well worth a look as I am finding it very helpful.

It's here

Thanks JollyPirate, I've had a look and signed up, it looks like it might be very useful.
