I've been taking Citalopram for about 8 months. Started on 20mg but was quickly put up to 30mg. Works a treat, stopped the anxiety, bad dreams, insomnia and apart from an occasional bad bout of mad depression I have been largely OK.
I have gone down to 20mg (about 3 weeks ago) with a view to coming off them in the next few months (getting broody for DC2!!)
Starting to have the bad dreams again though, DP thinks I should go back to 30mg and I've been pretty unbearable the last couple of weeks.
Feeling very miserable at the thought of going back up to 30mg, and not sure about TTC while TTC/pregnant.
Can anybody offer any advice?
