I emailed them for help yesterday and while I am not sure how they are helping, it is nice to have someone who is listening to me and seems to care.

Have you had a reply yet? It took a few days when I did it a few years ago.

They have replied several times. It took a few hours the first time but today the replies seem to be coming quicker.
