Mental health

does anyone else feel they are teetering on a knife edge ?

been on ad's for 6 weeks now and i feel like at any moment it could all start up again after a good ish 2 weeks ,is this normal-not sure if its that im having a bad day or what im scared that it will all fall down again

Yes, recognise this.

They are usually pretty effective after 4 weeks. I had very very bad turn around 4 or 5 weeks on ad's. but have continued to improve all the time. (now about 4 weeks on).

Still have odd difficult day, and am scared of slipping, but less scared than I was 4 weeks ago IYKWIM.

I spent ages telling doc and physchiatrist that mine weren't working and were crap. Fortunately they ignored me, and they are working well now.

It is so awful I know, but do try and hang in there although I know it sucks.

If you continue to feel shitty you may need to up the dose, as they have been working so far.

thanks fizzbuzz ,i think its to do with that we have all had (5 of us) a awful virus which really knocked me for six it was 2 long weeks and i just feel oh god next
im still not back to normal ,i have a appointment with a cousellor on the 28th jan so im glad that i will be able to talk but at the same time i dont really know she can do to help ?

Stick with the counselling candyfluff.
Will help you figure out any possible triggers behind you current problems.
