I am soooo angry
I am soo angry I have been crying
the kids are doing things they dont normally
gecko has been chewing food up and then spitting it out and laughing

dd2 is screaming when anything doesn't go her way, really high pitched
dd1 is whinging, she is 8 and acting like a 2 year old
I know that they will behave funny when I am not doing well

I was angry as fuck before they started up I have no idea why

feels like the most serious pmt I have everr heard described, maybe I am due on, I dont know

I need help to snap out of it

we are all not happy today
I should be wrapping presents, bathing the kids and nitting everyone

How about putting some loud music on and all having a determined dance? Plaster a rictus grin on and jig manically for a few minutes till you are out of breath. You may well feel better.

Sorry day is crap.

Kick them out into the garden to, er, collect something or other to make decorations with.

DoesntChristmasDragOn · 20/12/2008 14:38

then lock the door and move house without telling them.

Can you go out with them and let them run off some energy? Sometimes fresh air and change of scenery is what's needed to change the dynamic. Also makes the time go faster, ime.

Otherwise - fix some popcorn and have a 'movie afternoon'?
