Any ideas when my periods will stop?

Have lost temper with DS1 and made him cry. at me.

I know I have PMT as I am due on this week. No idea of family history, GP won't give me a hysterectomy, and I was wondering if there is a way of finding out when the menopause will happen.

Or maybe it would be easier to find ways with keeping my temper at this time of the month.

I just had to reply to you because I've been to beg my GP for a hysterectomy too! It sounds like you are suffering each month, that is so hard to cope with isnt' it? I always feel so unpredicable and i know the family are treading on eggshells.

not sure if there is any truth that we tend to go through menopause at a similar age to our mums or not? maybe someone else will know?

Have you tried all the complementary supplements like agnus castus and starflower oil etc?

Thanks for replying.

I do take Agnus Castus and I think that waws my problem this month as I had forgotten it with all the other pills I have to take. I don't get too much pain, thankfully, just ery short tempered.
