I can feel myself getting worse again (came of ADs when pregnant) but want to stay of ADs if I can this time. I won't not take them if I am really bad, just I feel myself wobbling (by my standards) and want to try 'lighter' options first for now. Ur, does that make sense? I am BFing a 3 month old though so need BFing friendly ways/things I can take. Thankyou so much

No idea but didn't want to read and not post... same as you, had PND/ PTSD/ really bad anxiety after DS's birth (was horrible!!), wouldn't want to go off AD's, they really saved my sanity... I have a friend who is a naturopathic physician, will ask her for you tomorrow.

lots of fish oil with high EPA, vit b etc (check ok it bfing, think there's one called 'mumomega'? in boots etc) Snacking on seeds/nuts such as almonds, brazils, bananas. exercise (if you can?!) - is there a creche at your local gym or push buggy fast round the park? All a challenge with a baby, I know, but together they may help.
Good luck.
