bad case of PMT

Does anyone know any over the counter medicine for PMT?something thats not too strong!every month just a day before i get my period and during,i get very moody and snappy with my children and feel very guilty because of it.I dont get any pains but its just my mood that is not well.Please help!

Evening primrose oil and star flower are both supposed to be good for PMT

They sell it in health food shops and places like Boots. I don't get PMT really so I am going on other peoples recommendations but they are supposed to be helpful for PMT. I suppose they do count as alternative medicine they are herbal remedies. You can get capsules of each thing seperately or together in one capsule. They will be in the womens health section of the vitamins and supplements.
