I am on 40mg citalopram and occasional buspirone. I have a mirena coil but there is a possibility that i might be pregnant.

Hi there. There's no point in wondering if you're pregnant. You need to do a test to determine if you are. Chances are if you have a marina coil fitted you're not - but you need to be certain. Can you still feel the thread? - if so it's still insitu. I was on citralopram too and was told by my GP to come off it immediately I found out I was pregnant. If you are pregnant you will need to speak to your GP about all your options. There are occassions when antidepresants can be taken throughout pregnancy - it all depends on how you are.
