Anyone come off ADs after a long period?

say, over a couple of years?
I've been on ssris for 15, yes, 15 years and am in the process of reducing my dose.
I cut form 150 to 100 and other then the first 2 weeks of weirdness and feeling odd, I was fine. Same with 100 to 50, but now a few weeks later i am feeling very anxious and extremely irritable. I am feeling overwhelmed by everything!
Is this part of the adjustment?

Can anyone share their experience?

no experience of coming off SSRIs, i am on citalopram, have been for a year - just bumping for you really. Are you doing this with the support of your doctor? It might be that you need to get over this slump and settle down again, leave it a while, reduce again - what are you taking?
