have been for psych appointment today
she suggested that whilst on the VERY long wait list for CBT I should try EMDR
to be honest the way she explained it it seemed like mumbo jumbo..(scientific term obviously )
I just don't understand how it would benefit me.
I have got my head round the CBT and what I will need to do to get better
Do any of you have experience of EMDR and could help explain it to me,
