Have suffered from depression on and off now for about 7 years but had been feeling really well the last few months, However. this last week I've felt myself getting lower and lower and I think (well I'm pretty sure) its down to all the little things about to happen in my life, ds1 is starting school next week, he will then turn 5 the week after.
Ds2 will be 2 the week after that and then I'll be 30!!
All things I should be looking forward to but i feel sick just thinking about them, I feel like my life is moving too fast and i can't keep up
Is this normal to feel like this?

Generally, the more I have to look forward to, the worse I find I become so it sounds perfectly normal to me.

Yes that all sounds very normal to me as well!

We have had the weirdest year ever and it has left me in the highest highs and the lowest lows. First grandchild, house move, youngest son starting high school etc etc.

It is a scary feeling when our children start school. By the way - wish I was 30 again
