Well following on from my other threads have received a letter from GP surgery this morning. They have said that now I have had time to think, if I would like to go ahead with a counselling course to phone them and book an appointment. I feel really nervous now.
I don't know why but I still doubt myself as to whether or not this would help me at all. I keep trying to tell myself that I can get through it by myself.
Sorry to ramble.

Yet I can remember what I was doing this time 22 years ago!!!
Well kind off!

SPARKLER1 · 08/02/2005 20:50

It can be very embarrasing sometimes. Friends/family tell me things and I forget again shortly after.

Another day gone by - no appointment booked. . Spent four hours in casualty with dd though this afternoon so a good excuse not to have done it.

How r u sparkler?

SPARKLER1 · 13/02/2005 18:32

Hi Blueteddy. TBH I'm knackered! Think I've overdone it a bit this weekend. We have been really busy. I went out Friday night for a few drinks and got in very late, had two birthday parties with dds yesterday and have been out all afternoon today. I must make sure I have a steadier day tomorrow or I could end up running my self down. How are you? x

I have also had a busy weekend!
The candle party on friday, meal out with dh & the parents last night & round 2 visit a friend today ( which involved wine!) because dh wanted 2 watch the football!

SPARKLER1 · 13/02/2005 18:41

Cool. I could do with a few glasses of wine tonight but am trying to hold off. I drank an awful lot of alcohol on Friday and shouldn't have done really as on anti-depressants.
