I am obviously not qualified, so I cannot say that this is for everyone, but I am suffering from pnd and anxiety, and my GP has recomended an australian web site
moodgym.amu.edu.au/ (prob won't work as a link, but google 'moodgym')
The idea is that is online CBT, and I'm finding it very helpful.
Just thought I would pass it on, let me know if you find it useful.

Thanks for the link mum2. I'm having CBT sessions at the moment, but I've bookmarked this for when the sessions end.

Have you used the site yet? How are you finding it?

Looks really interesting. Had pnd after DD, and now have bad days from time to time. Will have a look.
