Duloxetine experiences

Hello. I have tried three different SSRI’s since June for debilitating postnatal depression and anxiety. Unfortunately sertraline, escitalopram and now fluoxetine are just not tolerated in my body, I get awful side effects with the most significant the dizziness, fatigue and jitteriness. My mental health has been really bad, I was almost at crisis point just before starting Fluxoetine afew weeks back so I know I need medication alongside therapy.
My GP has prescribed Duloxetine 30mg to start next week. I’m so worried about taking any sort of antidepressants now after my experiences. I’m 11 months postpartum and due back at work next month. Any experiences of this drug would be good to know. Thank you !

I take Venlafaxine which is from the same group, they are SNRI, and I can honestly handle on heart say is the only thing that’s ever worked for me.

I’ve tried all the other ones you have listed but this one genuinely takes things away and I just feel so much better for it. I do sometimes feel more tired and I do think I’ve lost a bit of enthusiasm but when compared to the feeling I had when I tried to come off them thinking that I was okay, it made me remember how awful anxiety is.
