Have been on sertaline twice before (2014-2019 and 2022 until jan this year)

Have been considering going back on with anxiety (my main issue) and a little depression

Had two panic attacks yesterday

GP today put me on Fluoxetine today as with the sertraline, although it worked well, gave me stomach issues

Now feeling nervous as I know what to expect with Sertraline and I have read some negative things about Flu - and worried it won't help with my panic attacks?

Just looking for some positivity really - although want to hear about potential negatives too

Just took my first one (20mg)

TIA

Took me a few weeks to get used to it and in that time I did have a few stomach issues but they went away after a month or so.

Sertraline works a bit better if anxiety is the primary problem, fluoxetine if depression is the primary problem.
