Skin condition taking over my life

Hi there

I was diagnosed with Psoriasis a few years ago. As usual my dermatologist & GP turned me away with steroids which I now know don't treat the cause of the skin condition. Have tried diet changes, all creams, all steroids, UVB light therapy (which worked but it all came back once I stopped so it doesn't work long term for me) & numerous other treatments. I'm now at my witts end and feel really really depressed because of my skin. I'm a fit girl I'm only 29 & I do a lot of HYROX and races but for the last 2 months I haven't been able to train due to embarrassment of my skin. I have attached photos so you can see what I mean. Its literally covering my arms and I have spots all over my back & legs & I literally don't know what to do next as its ruining my life.

I'd say its more like pigmentation/scarring of where my psoriasis scales used to be but its still painful especially my elbows.

Any tips and advice much appreciated!!!

Sorry, no real tips or advice but I know how horrendous it is. Has your dermatologist suggested systemic treatments?
