Hi I didn’t want to read and run. I was on Citalopram for 9 years. I started on 10mg for 5 years when my mum got diagnosed with terminal cancer. To help me cope I increased to 20mg it made me a bit wobbly at first for a week or two then settled down. I’m on Prozac nowadays but I have experienced the same with any increase. Any side effects do go after a period of time and I haven’t found it too difficult.

Hi OP! I increased from 20 to 40mg during a rough period and it did help. Didn’t have any adverse effects.

I was on Sertraline, increased from 100mg to 150, to start with it felt a bit like when I first went on the tablets so dry mouth, lethargic etc but after a couple of weeks that went back to normal and I felt much better.
