Feeling incredibly low

I don't know if it's hormones or just circumstances.
I'm almost 51, single carer to my teenage son (non verbal with complex needs).
I'm in late perimenopause, still having the occasional period.
I also have PTSD and fibromyalgia.

Recently I seem to have lost who I am.
I feel anxious when out in public and just want to hide away.
I really struggle with low self worth. Some days I can't even look in a mirror.
I can't go on HRT as the rare type of migraine I have puts me at higher risk of stroke.

I feel completely alone.

Have you double checked about transdermal HRT? I was always told I could not have HRT due to a blood clotting disorder, but it has since been decided I can have transdermal oestrogen, I just can’t take it orally.
Failing that, have you looked into any supplements? I take Ashwaganda capsules and Maca root tablets. I find this combo works well to reduce anxiety and boost mental clarity. I also listen to EMDR bilateral stimulation which I find really helpful. You need to use headphones for this.
It’s really hard, especially caring for someone. I do hope you find some relief and feel better soon.
