Helping daughter with multiple MH issues

My DD is nearly 25, and struggling. She's got bipolar (type 2), EUPD and autism. She has got a full time job (in the NHS) but is constantly battling to hold herself together and I'm worried whether she's heading for a crash. In wondering what support (mainly financial) there could be for her if so - she doesn't get any benefits whatsoever, she's got a little rented flat that she pays for herself, but generally finds things overwhelming. I hate seeing her struggle so much and if the wheels do fall off I'm not sure how to help her.

She could try applying for PIP. If she needs to cut hours dramatically and then has a low income then she could try applying for ESA/Universl credit.

Does she live with you?
