Inappropriate crisis team discharge

I'm being discharged from crisis team this week. I'm worse now than I was when I came under them, but they've decided all my problems are just my autism and my "black and white thinking"

Problem is I'm not able to manage basic self care, im staying in bed all day and cant be around my eldest child. Shes been replaced and wants to replace my other children. I want medication yo numb how I feel, or for.them to help me get my daughter back. But they won't listen. I think theyre replaced too tbh, this is part of their control.

They're discharging me to an autism charity thy doesnt do mental health stuff, because apparently I need to learn how my autism effects me and then ill suddenly be able to manage bathing and getting up again(which i managed fine a few weeks ago)

Did you think about going privately to see a psychiatrist?

NotQuiteUsual · 28/09/2026 18:27

Dh is working downstairs when crisis team comes.

I can't afford to go private our dog has some health issues we're using all our savings on before the insurance reimburse us. Tomorrow we find out if the dogs issues are fatal or not. I dont know what ill do if we loose her. Every appointment she sits at my feet and let's be pet her to stay calm.

But will your dh speak up for you and tell them how bad you are?
