Support for parents of young adults with mental health issues

Does anyone know where to find support for parents with young adults with mental health issues?
DC won't engage in any support at the moment but we need some help supporting him.
I have checked all the local things I can find, but aside from lots of online things to read, I can't find anything for parents with children over 18 (DC is 19).

I'd like ideally to talk to parents in similar situations, support group style, online or in person. This is all new to me as he's been pretty much fine until about a month ago.
Any advice gratefully received.

There’s a ‘Parents of Adult Children’ board on here, @yorktown. There might be some helpful discussions on that?

It’s so hard once they turn 18 and the whole confidentiality thing kicks in - understandably, obviously, but when you’re worried about them can be a very anxious and stressful time. Flowers
