Low Dopamine And Medication?

Anyone been diagnosed with low dopamine/a condition connected to low dopamine and if so, what can be done medication wise?
I'm reading that wellbutrin is not available in the UK.
I want a private psychiatric assessment but concerned my beliefs about my low level of dopamine will not be taken serious.
This may or may not be connected to the menopause/ADHD traits.
I have been on various cycles of antidepressants and anxiety meds none have made a real difference. They tend to strip me of all emotion or are heavily sedating.

Anyone?

Low dopamine is not a medical diagnosis, there's no specific routine blood test for it. What changes do you want to achieve?

Eyesopen
I have a whole raft of symptoms that could be explained by ADHD. However, I'm waiting for a diagnosis. I'm looking for some medication other than antidepressants that could support me. I am also undergoing EMDR for CPTSD.
It looks like my diagnosis is going to be complicated with a crossover of conditions.
I'm not getting anywhere with the NHS who want me to take antidepressants.

Also menopausal. My mood is low. HRT taken. Oestrogen levels came back as normal/slightly above. My symptoms can not be explained by this alone.
So much points to dopamine depletion.

Wellbutin is available in the UK for depression/anxiety. You will just need a private psychiatrist to prescribe it ‘off label’ as it’s only officially licensed in relation to stopping smoking.

Thank you. I have asked the question to the psychiatrist I am hoping to consult as my expectation is that she will consider it. I'm assuming some will be prepared to and some won't as it isn't officially licensed.
