Ive seen this advertised on fb a lot. Usually with a decent discount if you sign up within 15 minutes. But i dont like pressurised things like that, im always wary of them.
Anyway I like Paul Mckenna and it sounds just what I need. Im an anxious worrier and am currently undergoing CBT for health anxiety. But I dont feel it gets to the route of the problem, it consists of mainly breathing exercises and stopping googling symptoms.
I almost signed up for Mindvalley but its over £200 and im on minimum wage and just cant afford it in one swoop. I think the £200 includes a discount which wont be available if you pay monthly...but there's no option to pay monthly, although it shows how much a monthly payment is...(which is very confusing). Paul Mckenna also says you can cancel in the first 15 days and get a full refund, but im worried if I try to cancel it won't let me, these things are often a lot more difficult than it looks.

So im just wondering here if anyone has gone ahead and purchased this and is it helping them?

I would really appreciate anyone's experience here, thank you.

I would be very wary of this OP.
It sounds exploitative and if you Google it you will see there are a lot of concerns about it.
I honestly can't believe there aren't other ways to get help for your anxiety problems that don't involve committing a lot of money for dubious benefits

Agree with this. Maybe try Calm or Headspace instead as they are reputable apps and much less expensive

Before you spend any money have a look at Tim Box's YouTube channel; apart from his Ted X talk he has dozens of videos on anxiety, including health anxiety.

Writing down precisely what anxiety is saying to you, on paper rather than typing, can be very effective. Why? Because anxiety is an emotion and therefore controlled by your subconscious mind which has no limits to what it can imagine. When you write it down you bring in to the real world and your logical mind can decide whether what you're thinking is rational.

The other thing is to challenge your fear. Think you're having a heart attack, even though you are fit and have no underlying health issues? Run up and down the stairs a few times, just to proof to yourself that believing something doesn't make it true.
