This morning about 5 minutes after waking up I had a panick attack. My partner left for work I was left here with my 4 and 6 year old, 6 yo has ASD and ADHD and has been sick so extremely dysregulated, clingy, aggressive. Anyway my chest is still tight 3 hours later....not sure what to do. No support either.

I would see if you can get the children down for a nap or busy with a film and take some long, slow deep breaths either your exhale longer than your inhale and do a guided meditation from YouTube. It will pass, but the more you think about it, the longer it takes.

Make an appt with GP as well, often it is spiralling and can get worse if not addressed. You may need a low dose of proprananol prescribed to stop feeling the physical effects (which can trigger further attacks) but really you need to unpick why you had it and the overwhelm.

Start with somatic hugs (and breathing). If it's totally incapacitating you physically you should make an appointment with your GP.

The best way to manage your panic attacks is practicing relaxation techniques specially deep breathing. It is simple and efficient.
