Anxiety & sleep anxiety are back – anyone restarted Sertraline?

I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has been in a similar boat. I tapered off Sertraline two months ago after being on it for 6 month’s but my anxiety has started ramping up again this July.
My biggest trigger is insomnia. I’ve dealt with it before (during pregnancy and from the mini pill), but this latest episode has made me realise I’ve developed real sleep anxiety. Now, the fear of not sleeping is what's keeping me awake.
I’m really struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel right now. If anyone has a positive story about going back onto Sertraline after a relapse and finding your sleep again, I would love to hear it. Thank you so much!

Not quite the same situation for sleep but I stopped after 12 years on it, made it to about 7 months off and the decided I couldn’t cope and went back on!

Have you tried some things to ‘trick’ your body into going to sleep? My anxiety ‘noise’ is helped by a white noise playing whilst I go to sleep, or a slow meditation playlist (Spotify ADHD sleep music 582Hz is my current go-to)

If you don’t want to go back to Sertraline you could also try something like rescue remedy or lavender pillow spray to help take the edge off.

How did you get on when you went back on it? I decided to go back on it, when I was on jt before I felt like the constant weight & worry I carried around in my head fade away and my sleep anxiety was minimal, some days non-existent.

Thanks for the tips for sleep, I definitely think I will try white noise.
