Managing Mental Health

Everyday has become too busy that my own mental health is being compromised.
Waking up early everyday, getting the house cleaned, preparing breakfast, doing groceries, organizing things at their places, gardening, making dinner, cleaning a stack of plates and washing glasses are all the daily chores which occupy my day. This drains the energy and waking up again and again at night for feeding and looking after my baby is a real commitment.
All these tasks keeps me very busy that reflecting on oneself and taking out time for relaxation has become very difficult. Negligence to my own psychological health is now asking for attention.
Could someone suggest some therapeutic activities which are relaxing and could be managed with this routine?

That does sound very tiring and monotonous so it’s not surprising that you are struggling a bit.
One quick therapeutic activity which really does seem to help is to think for five things you are grateful for at the end of each day. They can be really small if it’s hard to find any, such as seeing a bird feeding its young in the garden.
