I've been trying to sort out the right to choose via my gp, it's taken so long - years, for me to get it sorted. I tried a couple of times but made some mistakes, or the gp did and the forms were not submitted.
Anyway, I finally managed to work it out and a referral went to harrow healthcare. My mother also had to fill out forms and everything was submitted, they came back to me with a list of options for my actual appointment with someone and I selected a time. I realised shortly after that it was sports day exactly at the time and immediately cancelled (I am a single parent and my children would be devastated if I didn't go) .This was extremely hard. I tried calling but waited over an hour and nobody picked up.
I cancelled via email in the end with a view to reschedule but it looks like the whole thing has been cancelled and there is no reschedule option.
I have submitted another request to my gp to ask for their help.
Has anyone else had a similar experience or can help guide me on what to do next?
