How can I get more resilient please?

I feel.like I stress over the tiniest thing. I ruminate & overthink & I feel.like the slightest thing preys on my mind for days.
I do all the cognitive things like thjnk of a animal for every letter of thexalphabet/ find 5 things I can see/ toych/hear etc/ count back inn7s from 699% write it all down .....but my mind is in constant over drive / worry/panic & im exhausted .
Fwiw I have ocd & im pretty sure im autistic too.
Anything bright ideas anyone please?

Drugs.

i found anti anxiety drugs made a massive amount of difference

Counselling. And not giving yourself a hard time about your self perceived lack of resilience. We all respond to different things in different ways. Your post indicates that you are sensitive, thoughtful and want to be your best self. These are all fine attributes to have in your personal toolbox. I can think of any number of people who are none of these things.
