I feel.like I stress over the tiniest thing. I ruminate & overthink & I feel.like the slightest thing preys on my mind for days.
I do all the cognitive things like thjnk of a animal for every letter of thexalphabet/ find 5 things I can see/ toych/hear etc/ count back inn7s from 699% write it all down .....but my mind is in constant over drive / worry/panic & im exhausted .
Fwiw I have ocd & im pretty sure im autistic too.
Anything bright ideas anyone please?
