Im not coping. Due to disagreements with husband. He is undiagnosed autistic and very insensitive. I work and have 3 kids and the thought of another week is....hard. doc says i could double my dose as only on 50mg. Should i? Its not fixing the problem. Got my first therapy session tomorrow too. We are also doing couples counselling

Yes

It will give you breathing space

I doubled up during the covid crisis - at the start when it was project fear - and I still had to work, kept me able to manage

Well my son is on 200. 100 doesn't sound too bad.

Tbh your depression would probably lift without the husband in your immediate life from the sounds of it. I understand wanting to give it a shot, but for how long to give it?

I increased 3 days ago and already feel calmer and happier. Very hungry tho.

The hunger will settle

Glad you are feeling calmer

However, the underlying cause for your anxiety really needs to be addressed

As the saying goes, nothing changes if nothing changes ......
