Can you take Magnesium Glycinate alongside Mirtazapine to aid with sleep? If so what dose Magnesium do you recommend
I have been on Mirtazapine for several years and managed to wean myself down to 1.875mg a night but have had a few very restless nights of sleep, think it is the build up to going away.
I did take 15mg mirtazapine last night but woke up at 4 am and that was it ! I am travelling to the airport today so am hoping the anxiety will fade when I get there
