Sertraline tooth and gum pain

I’ve recently been put on sertraline or postnatal depression but since starting it my teeth and gums are so painful. I think I’m grinding them in my sleep. Did anyone else have this? Does it ease off or should I change?

I’ve been on this for years and I grind my teeth at night. My dentist fitted me up with a splint and this has made a huge difference.

My friend had this when she started sertraline, it went off after a while (a couple of months I think). I grind my teeth because of stress and I got a dentist made mouth guard, but couldn’t tolerate it, I found the ones from Amazon a bit better tbh. In the end prescribed Amitryptiline at night by the GP and it’s worked wonders.
Hope you find something that helps.
