naswn... don't get too worked up ! If u are drunk remember that alcohol is a depressant and intenstifys your low feelings ! (please excuse my bad spelling!) I often drink too much aswell and always regret what i have thought'done when the drink has worn off. I too find it hard to cry, and often feel when i want too i cut off my feelings. Stick in there ...you are not alone
