I reached out to my GP after contemplating going on AD - I was in them previously but came off after 2 years but from last Oct time I’m just feeling off and not myself
since then having a few health issues, life stresses, money worries, house upheaval, viral infections I’m left feeling sad, tearful, depressed, lost joy in anything I used to, can’t switch off so did an econsult, spoke to a lovely GP who suggested I go back on them
im on HRT from January and not even sure if some of its perimenopausal as GP said it’s 50/50
so now I’m left with fatigue, absolutely wiped out shattered, bloods have come back normal all but one which I’m retesting in a month
I feel my life has not been the same since January getting this virus and I don’t feel the same as I used to so be.
I have so much going on so I was kind of waiting on results and life stresses to sort but I’m so drained exhausted of this feeling so I’m hoping they help
