Has anyone else felt depressed and low after ERCP

It was an emergency procedure and I still feel traumatised by waking up ok then ending up in extreme pain in A&E. Am 15 days post procedure but feel
so depressed and low. Gall bladder awaiting removal so don’t think it helps me

Isn’t it a known side-effect of anaesthetic?

Go easy on yourself, your body has effectively just been assaulted. You’ll feel better soon x

@CousinBette thank you, that’s a good way of putting it that my body has been assaulted. I didn’t know about side effects of anaesthetics.., I also had morphine and a cocktail of other drugs.
