Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this condition? I will expand further should there be any responses

I think that in the Elderly Parents topic you will find quite a lot of threads about the behaviour that you are giving this name to. I don't think the name is commonly used, though, or that it is a formal diagnostic term, so it might not be useful to focus on this name.

Thank you, I’ll take a look there. It’s not about elderly parents but myself sadly 😢. Been trying to work out what the hell is happening to me thinking it’s ADHD? been researching in such desperation and it brought me to Diogenes syndrome.
