Is the dose too high?

A month ago my sertraline was increased from 50 to 100mg due to high anxiety. I often find myself getting tired in the afternoon, could it be the increased dose?

100mg is not a particularly high dose of Sertraline. It might take you a few more weeks to get used to the higher dose before you are less tired
