I was wondering how available this is in the U.K.?
I've read is specifically recommended for ocd.

I have gad and what I think is ocd (a lot of dark catastrophizing and intrusive thoughts).
Have been on citalopram before which helped but find it tiring at high doses which they usually recommend for ocd. Not sure if it can be helpful for ocd type symptoms at a low dose?

unsure what to do but thinking why live with the ocd if meds can help.

Never heard of it op. I've been on fluoxitine prior to help with my ocd. Its draining isn't it. The thoughts are exhausting
