Does anyone suffer from this? And if so how did you overcome it?

I am really struggling with it, I’ve had CBT and it’s helped me a little bit but it always seems to come back especially when I’m tired.

i always fear / believe I’m going to die soon, that I’m the chosen one …. it’s ridiculous and making my like a misery.

Has anyone experienced this and managed to overcome it?

why do you think that?

no offence but they way i read it was like you thought you were the special one and i was thinking i imagine youre just a normal person like the rest of us and not special at all lol. i know im not. im just a regular joe. do you think youre somethimg special? or is there another reason you think you'll die young.

Make a will, plans for your assets and kids, life insurance. Plan for future, investments, pension. And live your life.

i have young children, one with disabilities no one can cope with well and I worry about death in the context that they need me.

dont know what else really, we all die eventually, just hopefully when we have reached old age and our dependants are independant.

This is a huge worry for me too. Sometimes I hate life but knowing ds needs me so much due to his needs makes we worry about my death.

I have had this for about 5 years now. Started on sertraline yesterday after years of therapy. Seems to be helping for now. I don't fear every pain I feel may be a heart attack anymore.
