I have bipolar and used to use an app
that allowed me to rate my mood out of 10 and record my sleep. I could then print out graphs of it all. Ir was very simple but worked well. It stopped being supported years ago and haven’t been able to find a good replacement. The ones I’ve seen only allow you to rate your mood between 1-4, which doesn’t allow for me to distinguish between really bad/bad. Can anyone recommend an app that’s just straightforward?
