Hi, anyone got any tips or advice to one stop getting upset so easily and to be stronger? I have anxiety and had some sad/bad news and I need to be strong for them. It is so hard :( thanks in advance.

Being upset is ok
how you express that around children is what matters - and that’s fake it. You can tell them you are a bit sad - that’s good for them to know and will help
ghem understand. Make space for yourself to be upset. Find friends you can confide in . Yoga breathing in for 4 and out for 4 when you feel you need a beat to regain control . You are sad but still thinking of others - that’s a sign of strength in itself
hugs

Thanks for replying. Thanks for the advice. My child is under 2 so at the moment won't really understand or know what is going on.
Yeah I keep getting upset which is frustrating and very hard. I keep castrophising as well which doesn't help either due to having anxiety when I need to stay strong and positive. Thanks hugs
