Short mental health exercise

I’ve been asked that I do a short mental health & wellbeing exercise at our next work meeting. Im rather nervous as it’s with 12 other colleagues and im not entirely sure what to do. It needs to last no longer than 5 minutes.
Any ideas?

You could read a meditation that you find online. You can look for one that is designed for work situations. Or you could take some mindful colouring pages, give everyone a felt tip pen each and play some relaxing music.

Guided relaxation/meditation would be easy. You could just read from a script you got online and everyone else would have their eyes closed so no focus on you.
