Anyone else? How to give myself a boost

Lying in bed 💤🛏️ I have had bloody enough of winter! Warm sunshine kissing my skin, time at the beach/in nature and some money and energy to get stuff done would be great!

Sadly winter drags on. Exercise helps me with the winter blues. I just keep doing more until I cheer up. Indoor swimming makes me think it's summer haha. Yoga calms me. A spin session with good music at the gym energizes me. Walking in nature no matter what the weather makes me feel better. The hardest part is dragging yourself out of the house. Good luck!
