How do you actually make time for your mental health as a parent?

I keep hearing about self-care, mindfulness, therapy, journaling… but in reality, my days are full of work, school runs, meals, laundry, and just trying to keep everyone alive.

How do you fit anything in for yourself without feeling guilty? Even 10–15 minutes seems impossible some days. I’d love to hear practical tips, small habits, or routines that actually help you feel a bit more sane and human.

For several years I’ve gone to an exercise class two evenings a week, it’s non negotiable, DH does the kids that night.

Last night they were driving me so crazy I just walked out the house.
