Bupropion + Escitalopram experiences

I have been taking escitalopram (Lexapro) 15mg for about 12 months for anxiety and depression. It worked wonders for both up until now. Now unfortunately it doesn't help with depression anymore. My psychiatrist suggested addiction bupropion (Wellbutrin) 150mg prolonged release.
I wonder if anyone has taken those 2 medication together and what your experiences are?

I definitely took bupropion alongside a SSRI for a while although I can’t remember which one, I think it may have been sertraline rather than escitalopram but I could have misremembered. It didn’t really do anything much for me but I don’t remember having any bad side effects. It can take a while to settle on the right mix of meds in my experience and I know my psychiatrist thinks very highly of it and has had great success with it.
