Anxiety when starting Quetiapine extended-release?

I often had anxiety in my life and it was under control with the Venlafaxine 150mg XL but the Venlafaxine was really helping with depression so Quetiapine 50mg XL was added. 3 days in I feel a bit anxious, I wonder if it's normal as the body ajust to the medication? I'm really terrified of anxiety coming back. It had impacted my life so badly that just the thought of it makes me cry.

I take it but sorry I don’t really remember specifically having anxiety type symptoms when starting it.
it might be the sedation? Sometimes I get a bit of a mini panic attack type thing on an evening after I’ve taken it where I feel I can’t swallow and have to
sometimes spit the food back out so I suppose that is anxiety type thing x

Mh, I don't think it's sedation. I feel my chest very tight which is the first sign I get of physical anxiety. I'll wait a dew more days to see if it gets better
