Too overweight, always put myself last and haven't glammed up for centuries!

Of course you can. The first step is making the decision to do it,taking control & being persistent. Start making small changes like going for walks, get your hair done, buy a new item of clothing. Best of luck.

surround yourself with things and people that bring you joy, what did you enjoy doing before you became a mum? I put up a couple of photos of me before I had kids to remind myself (and them) that I had a life outside of the family where I was outgoing and fun, riding a bucking bronco and looking radiant. I think a lot of us lose ourselves with kids and partners. Spending time alone on hobbies or groups helps to reset your mental image of who you are. Do you get much spare time?

Make yourself a ‘future board ‘
of pictures showing what and who you’d like to be. You can add your own head ( from pics of you) That helps with visualisation which is a great tactic for imagining your future.
